Dependable Infrastructure. Our data center construction plan requires a robust concrete structure that features high ceilings, substantial load capacity, half-acre roof space and a 1.5 acre yard designed to accommodate most equipment.

Complete Scalability. With 86,000 sq. feet of enterprise data center space, we are able to provide our clients with a complete scalability solution to ensure that they never run out of space.

Guaranteed Power. Arizona is a net exporter of power, providing a compelling utility infrastructure for data center construction. Our facility is configured with the ability to serve up to 24Mw of power that is conditioned and backed by UPS. Two 1.72 Mw and two 2.00 Mw Caterpillar diesel generators are onsite to provide backup power, guaranteeing our clients 100% uptime.

Superior Cooling Resources. Our fully redundant chilled water plant features Stulz air handlers and welded bi-directional piping, all backed by an 8,000 gallon backup water system onsite. The 24” raised flooring system ensures rapid heat removal and cool air flow.

A Safe, Secure Colocation Site. We have equipped our facility with a state-of-the-art fire detection and suppression system and an interlocked pre-action dry pipe w/ VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Alarm). A state-of-the-art security system features an access control system w/ CCTV and biometrics. Our security staff is available and onsite 24/7/365.

Low-Risk Colocation Site. Arizona is the perfect location for data center construction. The climate and geography provide a stable environment without the threat of earthquakes, tornados, coastal flooding, hurricanes or "mega city" political risks.

Office Continuity & Disaster Recovery Space. We designed our data center with every client need in mind. 22,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space is available for your IT support staff and/or disaster recovery team. The amount of space available ranges from one cubicle up to 5,000 square feet.
